Is the Bottom of the Sacramento Real Estate Market Here?

Our local media is saying that the bottom of the market is very close.  Correct me if I’m wrong but I’ve been hearing that for the last year.  In 2007, 2008 was supposed to be the stabalizing year.  Do you feel the market is stabalizing?

When we will hit bottom is anyone’s guess.  I do feel that we are well past the worst of it but we may have a little value yet to lose.

When the bottom does come, I’ll let you know about 3 months later when everyone else finds out!  Thanks for watching.
